1. Can Novfeel provide samples?

A:Novfeel is usually provided free of charge for non-custom samples within a certain amount or quantity; However, if the product is custom made, there may be a sample charge, but the sample charge can be deducted from the subsequent order.

Novfeel will send samples in advance or collect on delivery basis according to the purchaser's needs.

2. How long is the delivery period of Novfeel samples?

A:1-2 working days is enough for ordinary samples; If the surface technology or logo of the sample is customized, it will take 1-4 working days to complete delivery; However, if it is a prototype product, it usually takes about a week to complete production through 3D modeling technology.

3. What is the production lead time of Novfeel?

A:Normally, production will be arranged within 10-30 working days after the order is confirmed, but if it is an urgent order, Novfeel will try to arrange production as soon as possible.

4. If a buyer needs to submit design drawings or documents to the Novfeel team, what format is needed?

A:JPG, CDR, PDF, or AI (AI format is best for complex design drawings).

5. How many colors are available for Novfeel buyers?

A:In theory, purchasers can consider any pantone color as an option, but typically, purchasers can provide physical samples or images to the Novfeel team, or Novfeel will recommend matching colors.

6. Can Novfeel provide the third-party test report if the purchaser needs it?

A:Yes, of course, but the related testing fee can be deducted from the subsequent order.

A:Our normal payment terms is TT, 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of BL. We also accept L/C at sight.
